Our History
“One Ten Thai is a small family restaurant with a big heart. Our journey began with a cook book and a love for cooking with ‘exotic’ flavors.”
It started with a cookbook. Flipping through a Thai cookbook nearly 10 years ago, we realized that many of the ingredients could be found or grown easily in Puerto Rico. Sourcing locally was as important as finding a unique cuisine. Thai food was the perfect fit.
We started testing recipes and cooking for friends and family. The response was overwhelming and the demand grew. After a year, we were ready to take it to the next level and we opened the doors at One Ten Thai’s current location on Highway 110 in Aguadilla.
As a native Coloradan, home to a long history of craft breweries, Chef and co-owner Andrew Klein made it a priority to serve delicious beer with delicious food. We offer a rotating selection of Puerto Rican draft beers and up to 60 microbrews in bottles and cans.
Our commitment to bringing live entertainment to Aguadilla has brought local and national sounds to the restaurant, including, Los Petardos, International Dub Ambassadors, Dreadless, Gringo Star, Gomba Jahbari, Lado Ve, Roy Brown, Rotem Sivan, and Henry Cole.
